2.1 What Rubrical Provides

Educational institutions using Rubrical acknowledge that they remain the data controller for student information and must:

- Provide privacy notices to students and parents as required
5.2 Supervision and Training
Institutions are responsible for:
- Training teachers on appropriate use of AI assessment tools
- Supervising platform usage to ensure educational appropriateness

Institutions must maintain their safeguarding obligations:

6. AI Services and Limitations

11. Limitation of Liability
